Senior Shea Prouflias Reaches 1,000 Point Milestone
Warren County Technical School Senior Guard Shealyn Prouflias (#11) became only the second girls basketball player in school history to reach the 1,000 career point milestone on Monday night. Prouflias, a cosmetology student at Warren Tech hit her 1,000th point on a layup in the fourth quarter of the Knights 54-35 loss to Notre Dame (East Stroudsburg).

On February 12th Warren County Technical School Senior Guard Shealyn Prouflias (#11) became only the second girls basketball player in school history to reach the 1,000 career point milestone. Prouflias, a cosmetology student at Warren Tech hit her 1,000th point on a layup in the fourth quarter of the Knights 54-35 loss to Notre Dame (East Stroudsburg).

"We're very proud of Shea and everything she has brought to our team," said Head Coach Jeff Tierney. "She is very deserving of this honor and we couldn't be happier for her. We're building our program here at Tech and Shea's successes will always be remembered as an integral part of Warren Tech basketball."

Prouflias needed 14 points to reach the milestone coming into the game and tallied 16 points in the game. At 1,002 career points Prouflias sits second all-time in school history behind 1999 Warren Tech graduate Dana Winger who tallied 1,091 career points.

The Knights have three games remaining this season and are in action again on Thursday, February 15th at home against Parsippany Christian School as the Boys Basketball team (4:00 pm), the Girls Basketball Team (5:30 pm) and the Knights Cheerleaders celebrate Senior "Knight".
